Marketing Coordinator
More About This Position
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and implementing marketing and advertising plans
- Assisting in the development of marketing support collateral, including newsletters, website copy and print material
- Placing all print advertising and ensuring its accuracy and timeliness
- Providing individualized training to attorneys on their presentation and sales skills
- Overseeing production of promotional materials
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of e-mail campaigns
- Overseeing website and social media presence
- Participating and recommending solutions in the marketing planning process
- Developing, implementing and using effectiveness measures and analysis to capture and record results from each marketing/advertising initiative
- Performing other assignments that may be assigned from time to time
- Placing articles for attorneys
- Procuring speaking engagements for attorneys
We are looking for a strong team player with great project management, organizational and time management skills. Additional requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, advertising or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing and managing the production of marketing materials
- Experience working with advertising agencies, newspapers, website updates and general marketing functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail; proofreading and editing
